Stanley Joseph Flower
Loving, devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend, went to his heavenly home on July 13, 2025. He was born August 10, 1941 in Copley, Ohio. His absence in our daily lives will be filled with our many wonderful memories we each have of him.
He spent most of his life farming, but his greatest joy was being with family. He especially enjoyed watching the growth and activities of his daughters and grandchildren. He’ll be remembered for his love for all of us and sharing the many stories of growing up, fishing, hunting, and his love of animals.
Stanley is survived by his wife of 55 years, Yolanda (Herczeg) Flower; daughters Jenny (Pete) Vincenti and Cynthia (Jeremy) Emerson; sisters Linda (Robert) Wolff, Frances Smith, and Lareta Wilson. Grandchildren Morgan, Audrey, Ashley, Theresa, Hollie and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins Also close to him are in-laws John and Kathy  (Herczeg) Sherwood and lifelong friend Don Bessemer.
He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Teresa Flower; Victor Gostel; brother Bruce Flower; grandparents Joseph and Elizabeth Panzner and Charles and Charlotte Flower.
The family greatly appreciates the care and love given to Stan by Traditions Health Hospice, Altercare Nursing Home in Wadsworth and Home Helpers.
Celebration of Life to be at Grace Church in Norton Ohio on August 2nd. Visiting time from 10am to 11am service following at 11am. Immediately after fellowship and picnic at Cindy and Jamie Emerson’s home.
