William A. Rogers, 72

William A. Rogers, 72, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025.

Bill was born on Sunday, January 18, 1953 in Chicago, IL to the late Truman and Dorothy (Hampe) Rogers. He proudly served his country in the US Navy. Bill enjoyed cooking, traveling and watching television. He had a great love for his family.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Chris E.(Tina) Rogers, nephew, Jonathan Rogers, and aunt, Patricia Rogers. He is survived by his sister, Wanda Rogers; cousin, Janice Smith;  and many other loving cousins, family and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 11, 2026 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Road, Akron, Ohio 44319.

Bill’s final resting place will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
