Timothy O. Gillespie, 71

Timothy O. Gillespie, 71, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2026. He
was a resident of Clinton for over 50 years. He retired from Copley
Schools after 40 years of service.
Tim enjoyed gardening and watching the Cleveland Browns and
The Ohio State University Buckeyes football.
Preceded in death by parents, Jeanie Laskos and Ollie Gillespie;
brother, Albert Gillespie.
He is survived by wife of 45 years, Jane; children, Amy (Greg)
Potnick, Mia Gonzalez, Mike Gonzalez, and Kim Gillespie; brother,
Howard (Kathy); sisters, Linda (George) and Sandy (Bill); brother,
Joe (Rosalie); brother-in-law, Bill Young along with other relatives
and friends.
Tim’s funeral will be held on Friday, June 19 at 11 a.m. at the
Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave.,
Barberton 44203 with Rev. Rod Grabski officiating. Burial to follow
at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 5 to 7
p.m.
