Jacqueline Forrest, 87

After a period of declining health, Jackie Forrest passed into eternal peace on April 30, 2025. She was born in Pikeville, KY September 13, 1937 to Sollie and Grover Damron. She was preceded in death by her husband Rex, her 13 siblings and her parents. She is survived by her children Steven, Michael (Amy) and Linda (Tracie) and her grandchildren Kevin (Courtney), Colin, and Olivia.
Jackie spent the majority of her life in Barberton/ Norton area. She and Rex had a loving marriage and she’s happy to be dancing with him in Heaven. She loved shopping and making arts & crafts.  She also loved winning at bingo at Walnut Hills Assisted Living where she resided the last four years of her life.  She especially loved winning full-size candy bars.
Our family is grateful to Walnut Hills, Wooster Community Hospital, Pomerene Hospital and Ohio Lifecare Hospice.
Private services will be held at a later time.  Jacqueline’s final resting place will be Greenlawn Memorial Park next to Rex.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Walnut Hills Foundation, PO Box 819,  Goshen, IN 46527 in memory of Jacqueline. Donations will be catalogued for Life Enrichment, as she dearly loved participating in all their activities.
