Patricia Sue Rogers, 88, loving aunt, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
Patricia was born Friday, May 22, 1936 to the late Everett and Leno (Lewis) Rogers and lived in the Akron and Barberton areas all of her life. She worked for Akron First National Bank for over 30 years. Patricia was a faithful member of Barberton Apostolic Church with which she was very active, and she loved flower gardening, going out for ice cream and going to Amish Country. She loved her cats with all her heart. Patricia will be dearly missed by all of her nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her fiance, Wayne Everson; brothers Bill and Jim Rogers; and sister, Wanda Pierson. She is survived by her many nieces and nephews.
A Special Thanks to Pleasant View Health Care Center and Southern Care for their incredible care to Patricia for the last few years.
Funeral Service was held on Monday, May 19th, 2025 at Barberton Apostolic Church, with Pastors Rod and Paul Pamer Officiating. Visitation was Sunday, May 18th, at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home (Portage Lakes), 3326 Manchester Road, Akron, Ohio 44319.  Patricia’s final resting place will be Greenlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association, in memory of Patricia.
