Richard “Rich” C. Kaisk Sr.

Richard “Rich” C. Kaisk Sr., 86, passed away Monday, October 27, 2025.
He was born in Barberton, Ohio on June 28, 1939 to the late Carl and
Martha Kaisk. Rich graduated from Barberton High School. He proudly
served in the U.S. Navy from 1959 to 1963 on the ships USS YOG and USS
Montrose. He was a member of the Union Local #894 and worked for
Kenmore Construction and Great Lakes Construction.
Richard loved going fishing with his best friend, Dale Yurick and his son,
Rich. Later in life he enjoyed walking at Silver Creek Park in Norton where
he met many new friends. He also enjoyed going to Wendy’s and Sweet
Henry’s to meet up with his church friends. He was a member of Johnson
United Methodist Church.
Rich was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Rosario; brothers, John
and Steve; sisters, Carol and Eva. He is survived by son, Richard (Theresa)
Kaisk; daughters, Georgette Wagner and Rachel Kaisk; grandchildren,
Michael (Jessica) Kaisk, Tanisha and Alisha Kaisk; Unique Fitch, Rodney
Oneil and Shauna McGinnis and five great-grandchildren.
The family would like to give a special thank you, to Home Health Aide,
Mary Ann Henley Stetka, Summa Hospital and Autumnwood Nursing Home.
Richard’s funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 11:30
a.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566. W. Park Ave.,
Barberton, Ohio 44203 with Rev. Dr. Steven R. Bailey officiating. Burial with
military honors will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
Rich’s family will receive friends on Monday, November 3, 2025 from 5 to 7
p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to, Johnson United Methodist
