Mable “Midge” Patterson, 83

With heavy hearts, we share that our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Mable “Midge” Patterson, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026.
Even as she battled Alzheimer’s disease for several years, her kind and loving spirit remained constant. Midge passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the care and comfort of her family.
Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we are deeply grateful for the life she lived, the love she shared, and the lasting legacy of faith, kindness, and family she leaves behind. She will be remembered for her beautiful soul, deeply loving heart, and the joy she found in sewing, quilting, cooking, and being actively involved in her church community.
Midge was a loving wife to Larry Patterson, and an incredible mother to Brenda (Lenny) Eicher, Timothy (Kristin) Patterson, and Bobbi Jo (Rob) Corriveau, as well as a cherished mother-in-law. She delighted in being a grandmother to Veronica (Nathan) Ducote, Andrew (Heather) Whritenour, Sadie (Ben) Beadle, Cassidy (Yasmin) Patterson, Jessica Eicher, Sammi Jo (fiancé Timothy) Patterson, and Kelsey (Ryker) Locke, and a great-grandmother to Judah, Jolie, Asher, Valentina, Liliana, and Mae, with love joyfully anticipated for soon-to-be-born Baylor and baby Whritenour, all of whom brought her immense joy.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, February 1, 2026, from 1:00–4:00 PM at Cherry Blossom Banquet Hall, 735 Cherry St. E., Canal Fulton, OH 44614.
Please join us as we celebrate Midge’s life and rejoice in the promise of her full restoration through the love and grace of Jesus Christ.
